A congenital intestinal volvulus that exhibits autosomal dominant inheritance. It is characterized by a midgut volvulus and may include a thick fibromuscular disc on the PYLORIC ANTRUM. Atresia of the ASCENDING COLON, intestinal malrotation, neonatal INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION, abdominal distention and pain, CONSTIPATION and facial abnormalities may also be present. OMIM: 193250
