Note: A phenotype where NEUTROPHILS have a reduced chemotactic response but otherwise exhbit normal random mobility, morphology, proliferation, phagocytic and bactericidal activities. This phenotype has been observed in children with congenital ICTHYOSIS and their parents; affected indivduals may also be susceptible to TRICHOPHYTON rubrum infections, ECZEMA, and BACTERIAL SKIN DISEASES. Phenotype has been mapped to chromosome 7. OMIM: 162820
