Dermatomyositis with pathognomonic cutaneous manifestations of dermatomyositis, consisting of a heliotrope rash, facial erythema and edema, Gottron's papules, and periungual TELANGIECTASIA, but without inflammatory myopathy features. Patients usually do not have muscle weakness, but may present with minor muscle abnormalities
