Finding of a separation of the CILIARY BODY in the SCLERAL SPUR region, creating aqueous outflow from the ANTERIOR CHAMBER into suprachoroidal space between the CHOROID and the SCLERA. Persistent cyclodialysis clefts may be associated with OCULAR HYPOTENSION and OPTIC DISC EDEMA.
